These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SlabFlow, operated by SlabLabsAI LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using SlabFlow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
SlabFlow is a subscription-based inventory and portfolio management platform for trading card collectors and shop operators. Features include inventory tracking, grading pipeline management, eBay sales sync (read-only), cost basis tracking, and consignment management.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@slabflowai.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not share account credentials with other people. Each account is for a single user unless you are on the Team plan, which permits up to the stated number of users under one organization.
SlabFlow is offered on a recurring subscription basis. Pricing is listed at slabflowai.com/pricing. All prices are in USD.
Free trials. New accounts receive a free trial period (7 days for Starter, 14 days for Pro and Team). A valid payment method is required at signup. You will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends and you owe nothing.
Billing. After your trial, your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing period (monthly or annual, as selected). Payments are processed by Stripe.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
Refunds. Refund requests within 7 days of a charge will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@slabflowai.com.
Price changes. We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You agree not to:
You own your data. Inventory records, cost basis entries, grading submissions, and other content you create in SlabFlow belong to you. You can export your data at any time from the Import / Export page.
By using SlabFlow, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to operate and improve the service. We will not sell your data or use it for advertising.
SlabFlow integrates with eBay (read-only sales sync), Stripe (payments), and RevenueCat (subscription management across platforms). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or actions of third-party services.
SnapSlab, the companion iOS app, is a separate product also operated by SlabLabsAI LLC. A SlabFlow subscription grants access to SnapSlab as described on our pricing page, subject to these Terms and SnapSlab's own terms.
SlabFlow and all of its components — including its software, source code, design, user interface, branding, trademarks and logos, AI and machine-learning models, prompts, algorithms, methodologies, valuations and comp estimates, and the aggregated and derived datasets generated by the service — are owned by SlabLabsAI LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose and grant you no other rights.
Nothing in these Terms transfers to you any ownership of, or license to, our intellectual property, trade secrets, or confidential information. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by SlabLabsAI LLC.
SlabFlow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any valuation data or comp estimates are accurate or suitable for financial decision-making. Portfolio valuations in SlabFlow are estimates based on available market data and are not financial advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SlabLabsAI LLC and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of SlabFlow, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or financial losses based on valuations provided by the service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SlabLabsAI LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the service shall be the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of SlabFlow after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
